It's a day late, but hey, IT'S A GIF!

I'm completely clueless when it comes to anything animation wise, especially in gimp. But I thought of this and was like "I can do that, all it is, is changing color lights!".

It took me like two hours to do this. Not the drawing, no, that took about 15-20 minutes to do. Very simple. But trying to get the animation right with timing and looping and everything was a pain in the rear!

But I got it. Yeah. It looks pretty good to me.

Yeah! I used to want to be an animator but then quickly changed my mind because it takes so long. I don't think I could do it! So now my dream is story board artist or something along those lines!

I wish you luck! It took me so long to get everything right, at 1st the layers won't line up in gimp so I had to line them up and that took forever!

oh mans when i was at art college i loved doing the stop motion animation

it was so much fun! id locve to try and at least make ONE GIF! just ONE i will do it XD i just need to find out how XD

I will do it! i just need to find a paint program that likes gifs, sadly opencanvas hates them, it wont even open them let alone help me make one XD but i will do it when i get less lazy XD

Gimp is okay, I mean if you know what you're doing. I barely had a basic idea. I was working with a lick and a promise. There are sites you can go to and load in a series of pictures and will make it a gif for you. There was this one site I used, but when my computer decided to die, I lost the site. I wish you the best of luck! I'm sure with a little hunting around you can find something helpful!
